The followings are instructions of coverting a regular hash file which has 2 gb limit 32 bit to 64bit
1. Make sure there is no DS job running using the hash file to be converted.
2. Unload data and Backup hash file before converting.
3.Login to Datastage admin
CREATE the hash File under the project(I am using TEMP project)
For example, in TEMP
CREATE.FILE TestHash 30 64BIT
You will see folder TestHash created under *Ascential/DataStage/Projects/TEMP
